Even with Nodia’s robust architecture, occasional issues may occur. Use the guide below to quickly identify and resolve the most common problems:

No Power LED

Faulty adapter or outlet

Try a different outlet, check the power adapter, and inspect internal fuse (if present)

Network Link Down

Ethernet cable fault or DHCP failure

Swap cable, reboot router, or assign a static IP in Dashboard settings

Device Not Registering

Wallet not connected or QR scan error

Ensure Phantom Wallet is unlocked; refresh page; enter serial manually if needed

Tasks Stuck in “Pending”

Node offline or connection issue

Verify device status in Dashboard; reboot node; check internet connection

Firmware Update Failure

Interrupted update or storage issue

Power-cycle device; clear local cache/storage; retry the update from Dashboard

Overheating Alert

Blocked vents or high room temperature

Relocate device; clean filters; ensure unobstructed airflow around unit
