Phase I — Devnet & MVP Testing

  • Initial Solana Devnet deployment to simulate compute task lifecycle

Phase II — Pre-Orders & Firmware Preview

Phase IV — Smart City & Edge Infrastructure

  • Real-time traffic, pollution, and security monitoring with Core and Edge devices

  • Integration into public infrastructure: poles, intersections, and emergency nodes

  • Local inference with low latency and privacy-preserving model deployment

  • Edge mesh coordination across city blocks for synchronized compute


Phase V — Global Scaling & Distributed AI Training

  • Atlas clusters deployed in modular edge micro-data centers

  • Sharded model training using encrypted gradient sharing

  • zk-SNARK validation of local training without exposing raw data

  • Checkpointing, fault tolerance, and node replacement built-in


Phase VI — API Access and Developer Ecosystem

  • Launch of secure API gateway for submitting workloads, fetching node health, and querying task status

  • JavaScript and Python SDKs for integration into AI pipelines and applications

  • Real-time WebSocket event streams for live monitoring and task completion feedback

  • Webhook and CI/CD integrations for enterprise users and researchers


Phase VII — AI Marketplace and On-Chain Coordination

  • Launch of decentralized AI marketplace for model leasing and compute bidding

  • Reputation-based operator scoring and client-side SLA selection

  • Native NODIA token utility for task payments, staking, and governance

  • Interoperability with external toolchains and data workflows via open API access
