Key Provisions

  • Eligibility: Operators must be 18+ and comply with applicable local laws.

  • Scope of Service: Nodia provides decentralized compute services as-is, with no guaranteed uptime or financial return.

  • Software & Firmware: By operating a Nodia device, you accept over-the-air updates that improve functionality and security.

Prohibited Uses

  • Use Nodia for illegal data processing, including malware, piracy, or surveillance.

  • Tamper with firmware, disable security mechanisms, or falsify task completions.

  • Circumvent network usage limits or engage in fraudulent behavior.

Limitation of Liability
  • No Warranties: Nodia disclaims all warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Liability Limit: Nodia Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses—including market-based losses or hardware failures.

Privacy Policy

Data Collection

Nodia collects only essential operational metrics:

  • Node uptime

  • Task performance

  • Bandwidth consumption

  • Wallet addresses for token settlement

No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected unless explicitly provided (e.g., during support requests).

Data Usage & Protection

  • Encryption: Logs and metrics are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).

  • Anonymization: All analytics data is aggregated and anonymized.

  • Access Controls: Only the operator can access their raw telemetry and logs via the Dashboard.

Data Retention

  • Default retention period: 12 months

  • Deletion Requests: Submit a request via Dashboard → Support to purge your data permanently.

Token Use & Purchase Policy

Nature of NODIA

NODIA is a utility token on the Solana blockchain intended for compute tasks, reward distribution, and limited staking. It is not a security, equity instrument, or investment contract.

Disclaimer

  • NODIA is not intended as a financial product.

  • Nothing in this documentation constitutes financial advice.

  • The performance, utility, and value of the token may vary over time and depend on external factors beyond the control of Nodia Labs.

Terms of Use

  • Non-refundable: Token purchases are final and non-reversible.

  • No Guarantee of Returns: Token rewards fluctuate with demand and usage.

  • Compliance: Token purchasers must comply with local laws and may be subject to KYC/AML checks during select events.

Node Operator Requirements

Operational Responsibilities

  • Maintain Internet connectivity and power uptime ≥ 95 %.

  • Only run authorized firmware; unauthorized changes disable rewards.

  • Physically secure your device; Atlas models include tamper sensors.

Legal Responsibilities

  • Local Law Compliance: Operators must follow applicable data handling and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

  • Tax Reporting: NODIA earnings may be taxable. Consult a qualified tax advisor in your jurisdiction.

Risk Disclaimer

Operating a Nodia node or holding NODIA tokens involves significant risks:

  • Project Risk: Nodia is experimental. Features, tokenomics, and system components may change.

  • Token Volatility: The price of NODIA may rise or fall dramatically, influenced by market forces, platform traction, and ecosystem dynamics.

  • No Guarantees: There is no guaranteed profit or utility, and the project may fail partially or entirely.

  • Ecosystem Dependence: Success depends on a range of external factors including user growth, regulatory environments, and token performance.

Participation in the Nodia network is voluntary and at your own risk.
