Nodia Device Setup Guide
Get your Nodia Core, Edge, or Atlas up and running and start earning in just 10 simple steps.
1. Choose Your Location
Ventilation & Temperature: Place the device in a cool (15–30 °C), well-ventilated spot.
Proximity to Network: Within 1 m of your router or switch for Ethernet; within Wi-Fi range if using wireless.
Avoid Obstructions: Keep away from metal cabinets, large water bodies (e.g., aquariums), and direct sunlight.
2. Unbox & Verify Contents
Inside the box you should find:
Nodia Device (Core / Edge / Atlas)
Power Adapter
Ethernet Cable
Quick Start Guide
Warranty & Safety Leaflet
If any item is missing or damaged, contact support@nodia.io before proceeding.

3. Connect Power & Network
Power: Insert the power adapter into the device’s DC input and into a surge-protected outlet.
Ethernet (Recommended): Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into your router/switch LAN port and the other into the device’s LAN port.
LED Check: On power-up, the LED will blink white—indicating boot. Wait for a solid green to confirm basic network reachability.
Optional (Edge/Atlas): To use Wi-Fi instead, skip Ethernet and configure wireless in Step 8.

4. Firmware Auto-Update
Once networked, the device will automatically download and install the latest firmware (takes ~2–3 minutes).
LED Behavior:
Blinking White: Updating
Solid Green: Firmware up-to-date & connected
Blinking Red: Update failed—power cycle and retry
